This site is wonderful! I am just beginning my family search. My grandfather was Emmet Loy Wicks of Texas - I heard a story that 4 brothers came from England and all wound up with their last name spelled differently in America. It's going to be great researching!

I am a London, UK, Weekes of Barbadian parentage. This site is an amazing find. I'm just starting out on the search for my ancestors and would be pleased to hear if anyone has a Weekes in their family who went to the Caribbean around 1627.

Didn't realise so many of us about! Not sure how to send information or about contacting people but I hope in the near future I will be able to put some/obtain info on your notice board. My father Ronald Leslie Wykes past away in December 1996 and I would love to be able to trace some of his family tree. Will contact you again soon.
